CQS has appointed Serge Harry as Group Chief Financial Officer. He will report to Xavier Rolet, CQS’ Chief Executive Officer, and he will join the CQS Executive Committee. Harry will also oversee the Human Resources function. Itiviti, a technology and service provider for the capital markets industry, has appointed Linda Middleditch as Chief Product Officer. An experienced strategy and change management specialist, Middleditch joins Itiviti from Bloomberg LP, where she most recently was Global Head of SSEOMS Product Management. Based in London, Pandiri will be responsible for Broadridge’s Post-Trade Technology, Global Proxy, and Asset Management Data and Technology businesses outside of North America with a special focus on Europe and Asia.
