Clive Gibbons will lead Vistra Cayman Trust Limited as Managing Director. He has over 15 years offshore experience within the banking, trust and corporate services sector. Standish Mellon Asset Management Company has appointed David Leduc as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Leduc will continue to serve as the firm's Chief Investment Officer, a position that he has held for the last five years. He succeeds Desmond Mac Intyre who will be leaving to pursue other opportunities. Mac Intyre will serve as an advisor to Standish until mid-November.

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has issued a time-limited no-action letter that extends relief to swap dealers (SDs) registered with the Commission that are established under the laws of jurisdictions other than the United States (Non-US SDs) from certain transaction-level requirements under the Commodity Exchange Act.

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and C2 Options Exchange (C2) will list options on Shake Shack, Inc (ticker symbol: SHAK) beginning Friday, 14 August, 2015.
Shake Shack, founded in 2004, owns, operates and licenses Shake Shack restaurants (called Shacks) in the United States, Europe and Asia. Shacks are modern-day “roadside” burger stands offering hamburgers, hot dogs, crinkle-cut fries, shakes, frozen custard, beer and wine.
Hedge funds lost 0.28 per cent in July, according to the Barclay Hedge Fund Index compiled by BarclayHedge. The Index is up 3.05 per cent year to date.
