The Securities and Exchange Commission, state regulators, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) announced today that Morgan Keegan & Company and Morgan Asset Management have agreed to pay USD200 million to settle fraud charges related to subprime mortgage-backed securities.
