After the market madness of March, April proved a steadier, though downbeat month, with lingering concerns over the health and stability of the global banking system, ongoing geopolitical risks, and a weaker corporate earnings picture.

Options Technology, a provider of capital markets services and market data, has partnered with KX, maker of kdb, a specialist in Data Timehouse technology, to provide a new market data analytics platform. KX will utilise Options’ market data footprint to enhance its market data analytics platform to provide clients with real-time and historical insights. Options will provide KX with access to its repository of market data, including Equities, FX, Futures, Options, and Fixed Income data, as well as market data analytics tools.
