Galaxy Digital Asset Management (GDAM), the diversified asset-management arm of Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd dedicated to the digital assets and blockchain technology industry, is investing in Europa Digital Assets, an active alternative investment manager focused on crypto opportunities.
GDAM’s investment will provide seed capital for the firm’s Europa Opportunistic Offshore Fund, a newly launched fund that will offer investors exposure to cryptocurrency markets by actively managing investments across the digital asset ecosystem, including spot assets, derivatives, and DeFi protocols. Europa will also utilise Galaxy Digital’s trading platform.
Additional terms of the partnership have not been disclosed.

Kyle Davies and Su Zhu, founders of Three Arrows Capital, may be forced to cooperate with the liquidators of the failed crypto hedge fund, according to a report by Bloomberg.
Speaking on behalf of the liquidators during a bankruptcy hearing on Thursday, attorney Adam Goldberg said that Davies and Zhu have so far provided “rather selective and piecemeal disclosures” about the fund’s assets. Should they maintain their current level of cooperation, lawyers will turn to bankruptcy judge Martin Glenn for assistance in compelling the pair to provide more information.
