Oklahoma Police Pension & Retirement System has withdrawn its investment allocations to two alternative investment managers, its long/short equity manager Grosvenor Capital, and absolute return manager PAAMCA Prisma, according to a report by Pensions & Investments.
As a result, the USD3.25 billion pension scheme’s allocations to both asset classes have fallen below their targets of 10 per cent (long/short equity) and and 5 per cent (absolute return) to 7.52 per cent and 4.57 per cent, respectively.
Before the investments were withdrawn, Grosvenor managed approximately USD240 million, and PAAMCO Prisma USD65 million.
