Palm Lane Capital, a London-based alternative credit quant fund run by Chief Investment Officer Fahad Roumani, has added Joseph Eeley, a portfolio manager at Eisler Capital, to its growing team, according to a report by eFinancial careers.

Eeley, who spent just over two years at Eisler focusing on single name corporate bond basis relationships, credit index RV and cross currency switches, according to his LinkedIn profile, will focus on relative value credit in his new role.

As well as Roumani, who previously ran JP Morgan’s similarly named Palm Lane Credit Opportunities Fund, which was liquidated back in 2018, Palm Lane’s talent roster includes PM Jean-Philippe Maltais, who has previously worked at both Millenium and ExodusPoint, and quant analyst Konstantinos Manolarakis, a former Goldman Sachs strategist.

Portfolio manager Patrice Wan Hok Chee and head of operations Amit Vara meanwhile, both previously worked with Roumani at JP Morgan.
