AxeTrading, a fixed income technology provider, has hired Ivan Mihov as Sales Director. In this role, Mihov will focus on the company’s global buy-side initiatives.
Mihov (pictured), joins from MarketAxess, where he was responsible for buy-side sales in Germany, Austria and CEE. Before MarketAxess, Mihov was part of Bloomberg’s sell-side trading systems team selling TOMS and ETOMS to Tier 1 and regional fixed income dealers in CEE, Germany and London.

Wedbush Securities has appointed Dan Billings as its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
Billings (pictured), joined Wedbush in 2015 as the firm’s Senior Vice President and Controller. In his new role he will oversee Financial and Regulatory Accounting, Finance, and Internal Audit and Controls.

Independent trust, fund and corporate services provider Crestbridge has appointed Anke Jager (pictured), as Director with a particular remit to lead and develop its Corporate Services division in Luxembourg, and has promoted Ludivine Nicolai to Director.
In her new role, Jager will take on responsibility for overseeing and continuing to grow Crestbridge’s business in Luxembourg that offers a broad range of corporate, administration and company secretarial services to global institutions including funds, fund managers, corporates and banks.

Fund Partners (FP), a UK-based independent ACD (Authorised Corporate Director) has hired Chris Spencer as the new Managing Director for its London office.
FP was recently acquired by FundRock, one of the largest independent UCITS and AIFM investment management companies in Europe.
Over the course of his 30 year career, Spencer has gained extensive experience in the UK investment funds industry covering all aspects of retail and fund administration as well as developing brokerage capability alongside asset management. SEI has appointed David Hintz, CFA, as US Equity Portfolio Manager. In this role, Hintz will be responsible for the management of all US large-cap equity strategies and report to Jason Collins, Global Head of Equity Portfolio Management in the Investment Management Unit at SEI.

Richard Muckle (pictured), has joined Five Continents Partners this month as a director. Although new to Five Continents, he has a long association with the Cayman Islands having conducted business in the jurisdiction for many years. Skylar Capital Advisers has added energy trading veteran Brenden O’Neill to the firm’s trading desk. O’Neill, a veteran natural gas options expert, joins Skylar with over 20 years of successful trading experience.
O’Neill began his career at Koch Energy where he spent his first five years as an engineer in the refining division before transitioning into trading as a gas basis and options trader for Koch Energy Trading, and later Entergy-Koch Trading. In early 2006, he co-founded Draxis Energy Management, a prominent Houston based energy trading fund. At Draxis, O’Neill was also a senior portfolio manager responsible for trading natural gas along with
MUFG Investor Services, the global asset servicing arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, has appointed Ben Griffiths (pictured), as Managing Director, Global Head of Fund Financing. He will be based in London and will report to John Sergides, Global Head of Sales and Marketing.
Griffiths will lead the fund financing team globally to service clients, including funds of hedge funds, private equity lines of subscription, and FX lines for feeder funds of hedge funds. His expertise in the field will help the firm continue to enhance its capabilities and offer premier services to clients globally.

Kok (pictured), joins Maitland from MPL Management in Luxembourg where he was Managing Director.
