Bronwen joins Reed Smith at a time when fund financing is being driven by an increase in the use of debt finance by funds, an uptick in the number of banks entering the market, and a growth in the range of funds finance products available.
“Funds finance is a growing market with a number of key players internationally, including US-based funds, operating across Europe. As our strategic objective is to deliver a seamless capability to our clients globally, we are delighted to welcome Bronwen to our firm as we look to grow our capabilities across Europe and beyond,” says Tamara Box, managing partner EME.
