Paul Meggyesi, a former JPMorgan managing director who has been ‘semi-retired’ since late 2022, has returned to full-time employment as a macro and FX strategist at hedge fund ExodusPoint Capital Management in London, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
Meggyesi spent over two decades at JPMorgan, where he was a managing director and Head of FX Strategy, having previously spent seven years at Deutsche Bank.
ExodusPoint has also made another addition to its macro team in London with the appointment of Hong Zhou, who was most recently a quant trader for alternative asset hedge fund iSAM, but has also been a quant researcher at Citadel and an executive director at Goldman Sachs.
