CAIS, a financial technology platform connecting financial advisors with alternative investments, is partnering with Private Client Resources (PCR) to streamline the delivery of analytics-ready data for independent financial advisors and fund managers.
“The CAIS Platform is constantly seeking solutions to improve access and usage of alternative investments for independent advisors,” says CAIS President Tim Shannon. “We are pleased with PCR’s ability to automate previously challenging reporting processes for advisors and managers. PEGAS, the pan-European gas trading platform of EEX Group, operated by Powernext, has introduced spot and futures contracts for the Spanish Virtual Balancing Point (PVB).
Physical spot products (Within-Ahead, Day-Ahead and Week-End contracts) and physically delivered futures contracts (Month, Quarter, Season and Calendar Year products) are now available for trading and will lead to the delivery of natural gas at the PVB hub, which is operated by ENAGAS. All transactions are cleared through European Commodity Clearing, the central clearing house of the EEX Group.

The financial services industry’s top priority for AI applications is data mining, according to the second annual AI Outlook Survey from Broadridge Financial Solutions.
The survey, which explores the state of AI adoption and readiness among US financial services companies, reveals that data mining (36 per cent) is followed by post-trade processing (20 per cent), market analytics (13 per cent) and trading systems (12 per cent) in the list of priorities.

The partnership between SIX and SimCorp, aims to address and streamline compliance processes around sanctions, eliminating the risk of breaches, which can be damaging to financial institutions.
