TigerRisk Capital Markets & Advisory appoints Vice Chairman

TigerRisk Partners, a risk, capital and strategic advisor to the global insurance and reinsurance industries, has appointed Stephen Fromm as Vice Chairman of TigerRisk Capital Markets & Advisory.

Since 2016, Fromm has been in private practice advising a number of start-up and established fintech and financial services companies. Previously he was Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Financial Institutions Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank where he played a pivotal role in many high-profile insurance industry transactions.
 
Prior to that, he was Managing Director and Head of North American Insurance Investment Banking at Citigroup where he advised many of the largest firms in the insurance industry.
 
He was previously at Morgan Stanley where he was Managing Director and Head of Insurance M&A.
 
Fromm began his career as a Financial Analyst in the M&A Group at First Boston and was subsequently at Wasserstein Perella.
 
Fromm graduated summa cum laude from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Moore School. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 
Fromm will be based at TigerRisk’s New York offices.
