Global markets seem to have taken the dreadful events in Mumbai in their stride
Wed, 12/07/2006 - 06:01
Indeed Wall Street rallied to close up some 33 points having spent most of the session in a negative state. In Japan the Nikkei was down modestly whilst Australian markets were slightly better .
In Europe this morning Dax futures are trading over 30 points higher than they were at the London close the early call for London reflects this positive mood and we set to open 35 points to the good.
We should test the resistance at 5896 on the open but the bulls would like to see last weeks high of 5917.5 taken out - failure to do so would bring the strength of any bounce in to question .
