Westhouse Securities, the corporate and institutional broking group, has appointed Harinder Sandhu to its institutional sales desk where he will focus on servicing hedge funds.

Westhouse Securities, the corporate and institutional broking group, has appointed Harinder Sandhu to its institutional sales desk where he will focus on servicing hedge funds.

He joins the firm from GLG Partners where he was an asset manager in its UK Alpha select team. 
 
Sandhu started his career as a fund manager at UBS Phillips and Drew in 1994 and was latterly Director and head of specialist UK equity products at UBS Global Asset Management.

He joins Westhouse Securities to further develop the firm’s alpha capture platform and establish new client relationships.
