Align, a provider of technology infrastructure solutions and managed IT Services, has appointed Vinod Paul, who joined the business in 2017 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer, as President of Align Managed Services, effective immediately.
In a press statement, Align said Paul will continue to drive the strategic direction, expansion and profitability of the firm’s managed services portfolio, including cloud solutions and cybersecurity designed for the financial services community.
Under Paul’s leadership, Align has expanded its global customer base and broadened its managed services offerings in the financial services sector. In 2023, Align was named MSP of the Year by Channel Futures and was ranked 60th in the global MSP 501 list. Other accolades include Best Cloud Services Provider by Hedgeweek, CRN’s Triple Crown Award by Channel Co, and more.
Vinod has more than 20 years of experience in the managed services industry. Prior to Align, he held senior leadership roles at several global IT firms, including ECI, IBM Global Services, Lucent Technologies, and Tyco Submarine Systems.
