Alpstar Funds and investment adviser Mignon Genève have announced the completion of private term finance for the Alpstar Secured Bank Loan Fund.
Founder and partner Nicolas Bravard says: ‘In this innovative CLO-type transaction, we have secured long-term, stable, non mark to market funding.
‘This unique deal allows us to insulate the fund from market sensitivity over the short and medium term, and thereby is an appropriate structure to realise the long term capital appreciation potential of the portfolio.’
Alpstar is a manager of European credit funds, several collateralised loan obligations and an equity fund. The investment adviser, Mignon Genève, is located in Geneva, Switzerland.
