Global financial services provider Apex Group Ltd has appointed Qasir Bashir as Country Head – Denmark, with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the firm’s single-source solution to Danish clients.
Global financial services provider Apex Group Ltd has appointed Qasir Bashir as Country Head – Denmark, with responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the firm’s single-source solution to Danish clients.
Prior to joining Sanne Group in 2021, Bashir held senior roles within the Danish alternative investment management industry including as Chief Alternative Investment Risk Officer at Danske Bank and Chief Consultant at Danske Invest. A lawyer by training, Bashir began his career working with financial regulation and later held fund operations related roles including fund formation and leading various fund related projects.
Apex Group entered the Nordic market in 2022 through the strategic acquisition of Sanne Group which added almost 80 employees in the region. The Group’s Danish business now offers a full suite of technology-enabled products and solutions across Fund Administration, Financial and Corporate Solutions, delivered by a team of 40 local market experts based in Copenhagen.
