Canadian hedge fund manager Arrow Capital Management has completed the merger of the Exemplar US High Yield Fund into the Exemplar Growth and Income Fund.
Unitholders approved the merger on 21 February 2017 at a special meeting, while on 27 February the fund also received regulatory approval.
The merger was completed after the close of business on 28 February 2017.
