Small cap equity manager Azarias Capital has appointed Jocelyn Dalkin as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer effective immediately, and promoted Dan Petruzzi to Partner.
According to a recent press release, Dalkin brings 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, compliance and operations, having recently served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at long/short growth equity manager Millrace Asset Group. A Certified Public Accountant, Dalkin has also held positions at Cipperman Compliance Services, TC Partners, and Bluefin Investment Management. She will be responsible for building-out the firm’s operational and financial infrastructure as Azarias continues to strategically scale.
Petruzzi joined Azarias in 2023 as Associate Portfolio Manager after working as a Senior Analyst at Dupont Capital Management for 13 years.
The addition of Dalkin and promotion of Petruzzi follow Tim Percarpio, former Head of Investor Relations at MidOcean Partners, joining Azarias as Managing Partner, Investor Relations in April 2023.
