Black Mountain targets ’40 Act, private equity and hedge funds with Direct Lending Solutions Via SaaS

Black Mountain’s Direct Lending Solutions are now offered via Software as a Service (SaaS). The firm’s clients include investment managers, credit funds, hedge funds, private equity firms, direct lenders and banks.

The new offering comes pre-configured with industry best practices which allow users to manage all deal origination, underwriting and monitoring processes together with all relevant data and documents in a single application. It organises all analysts' work, commentary, investment rationale and updates, and offers advanced push-pull integration with Excel for financial risk and IRR analysis, as well as investment and portfolio reporting. Black Mountain's Direct Lending Solution via SaaS is hosted in cloud-based, client-dedicated and secure environments, allowing for customisation and data security not found in multi-tenant solutions.
"This SaaS offering will provide new and mid-sized Direct Lenders with many of the same tools used by leading alternative investment managers, but with a fraction of the overhead," says Andy Horwitz, Co-CEO of Black Mountain.
