BlueBay Asset Management (BlueBay), RBC Global Asset Management’s (RBC GAM) specialist fixed income manager, has added two new senior hires to its Structured Credit team, Brian O’Hara as a Portfolio Manager and Mark Shohet as a Senior Analyst.
O’Hara and Shohet are both US-based and will report into Sid Chhabra, Head of Structured Credit and CLO Management.
Prior to joining BlueBay, O’Hara was the CMBS Portfolio Manager at KLS Diversified Asset Management for 13 years where he was head of CRE/CMBS investments, and a member of the KLS investment committee.
Shohet was Vice President of CLO Tranche Investing at Oxford Funds before joining BlueBay’s growing US team.
