Broadridge Financial Solutions has appointed Tina Joshi as Head of Securities Finance and Collateral Management (SFCM) for North America, a strategic hire aimed at supporting it delivery of solutions in the securities finance marketplace.
Joshi will lead client delivery, business development, and operational management for Broadridge’s complete Securities Finance solution portfolio, which provides end to end automated support across securities lending, borrowing, and repo lifecycle. Reporting to Darren Crowther, Head of Securities Finance and Collateral Management Solutions at Broadridge, Joshi will be based in New York.
With over 20 years of experience at leading financial institutions such as Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, Joshi brings invaluable industry knowledge. As the market adapts to regulatory changes and evolving client needs, Broadridge remains dedicated to simplifying and optimising trading for firms across North America.
