Crypto Facilities, a multilateral trading facility for derivatives referencing crypto assets which allows institutional clients to trade contracts long and short, has appointed ex-True Arrow Capital Management COO and CFO Mark Jennings as its new CEO.
In the past, Jennings was COO and CFO for US quantitative hedge fund True Arrow Capital Management, and previously worked in hedge fund services for both Credit Suisse and Citi.
Before moving to London-based Crypto Facilities, he was the COO for its parent firm Kraken’s European Operations, playing a key role in establishing and enhancing Kraken’s regional footprint.
Jennings said: “Institutions want exposure to crypto assets but need trading venues that meet all of their compliance and regulatory requirements. Crypto Facilities can offer institutions a regulated trading venue with 24/7 access to crypto derivatives but which also satisfies these regulatory requirements.”
