SS&C Technologies Holdings, a provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, has named Dave Welling and Robert Roley as co-heads of SS&C Advent.
Pete Hess, Senior Vice President and General Manager, will be leaving SS&C Advent at the end of June.

Shortly after the Advent acquisition last year by SS&C, Advent was reorganised into two market facing groups – Advent Advisory headed by Dave Welling and Advent Alternatives and Asset Management led by Robert Roley. Reporting to Norm Boulanger, President and Chief Operating Officer of SS&C, Welling and Roley will be responsible to lead SS&C Advent through the next phase of its growth and success. Pete Hess will move into a strategic advisor role, effective immediately.
