Dan Timošenko, who was appointed by Deutsche Bank from HSBC in 2017 to rebuild the bank’s metals trading business, has left to join quantitative hedge fund firm Qube Research & Technologies, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
Timošenko has joined Qube’s existing metals trading team, which was created five years ago, as Global Head of Metals Trading, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Prior to Deutsche Bank, Timošenko spent seven years at HSBC, initially as a Trading Analyst before being promoted to the position of Precious and Base Metals Trader.
