Exchange Data International (EDI), a provider of global security corporate actions, pricing and reference data, has launched US Bankruptcy Data developed in partnership with New Generation Research (NGR).
EDI, through this collaboration, now offers comprehensive data on US Bankruptcy Data for businesses with over USD50 million in assets. Historical data goes back to 2001.
The Bankruptcy Data allows subscribers to spend less time looking for business bankruptcy information and more time using it.
Jonathan Bloch (pictured), CEO of Exchange Data International says: “We are pleased to launch NGR’s US Bankruptcy Data service into our suite of products as it complements any worldwide corporate actions file. Bankruptcy is a key corporate action.”
EDI actively covers over 340 fields including: plans of reorganisation and disclosure statements, debtor-in-possession financing information, professional retention data, 363 sales motions, key employee incentive plans, monthly operating reports, claim transfer activity, securities and security pricing data, committee information and many more.
“EDI is a great partner for us,” says James Hammond, CEO of New Generation Research. “Integrating this data to their reference data collections opens the door to new customer categories for Bankruptcy Data, while adding depth to EDI’s products.”
