Forza Investment Group (Forza), a credit-focused private investment firm managing around $1.6bn in assets, has appointed Arun Seshadri as Managing Director & Portfolio Manager, Capital Solutions & Origination.
Seshadri, who joins from BNP Paribas, where he was head of desk credit research for the US, brings over two decades of experience, including prior role at Credit Suisse, with a background spanning fundamental research, capital markets execution, and structured origination.
At Forza, Seshadri will focus on both capital solutions and research — sourcing and structuring bespoke financings while strengthening Forza’s fundamental research capabilities.

Forza’s capital solutions business focuses on providing flexible credit across term loans, secured and unsecured notes, and preferred or structured equity to public and private issuers. Recent financings have supported M&A, refinancing, special situations, and growth capital transactions.
The firm also manages its flagship All-Weather Alternative Credit Strategy (AWACS) and a Special Situations strategies, with a focus on downside protection, capital structure complexity, and high-conviction investing across liquid and illiquid markets.
