Gravitas is strengthening its executive team by appointing Dante DeWitt as Managing Director, Global Technology, and Andrew Dinsmore as Chief Financial Officer.

DeWitt, who has over 25 years of industry experience, joins Gravitas with a corporate acumen and entrepreneurial passion critical to the strategic development of The Gravitas Platform. DeWitt previously served as CIO at BMO Harris, where he was responsible for managing 2,100 total staff across 7 states in the US and in Canada. Recognised as an industry leader for building innovative technology solutions and platforms, DeWitt has delivered transformational programs and projects for several Fortune 500 financial leaders including BMO, Wells Fargo, Barclays Global Investors, Bank of America and JPMorgan, as well as a couple mid-sized public and private investment banks. In his new role at Gravitas, DeWitt oversees all technology with a focus on the firm’s platform.
Dinsmore has a 10 year history of building and leading financial organisations within the software and financial services industries. Prior to joining Gravitas, he filled CFO and COO roles at Rapid Miner, Inc. Dinsmore is responsible for supervising the finance unit of Gravitas and is the chief financial spokesperson for the organisation.
