Jain Global, the hedge fund firm founded by ex-Millennium CIO Bobby Jain and gearing up for a much anticipated launch in July, had added another Portfolio Manager to its team with the appointment of Suraj Chopra, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
The report cites regulatory filings as showing that Chopra is joining Jain after four years running his own hedge fund, Force Hill Capital, which had $625m in AUM and closed in January 2024. Prior to founding Force Hill, which had links to struggling fund Schonfeld Strategic Advisors, Chopra spent almost 18 years at Citadel.
The appointment of Chopra takes the number of Portfolio Managers at Jain Global to 21.
