Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen has named Greg Kramer as a member of the firm, effective 1 January.

Kramer (pictured) focuses his practice on securities and corporate finance, hedge funds, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He has extensive experience representing clients in negotiating and documenting a wide variety of transactions, including investments in debt and equity securities of both public and private issuers, secured loans, joint ventures and acquiring and disposing of businesses. He also advises clients in connection with trading and compliance issues such as evaluating potential trading restrictions, insider trading issues and advising on compliance with short sale rules, Regulation M and Rule 144. Additionally, Kramer provides counsel on general corporate matters, including non-disclosure agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements and technology license agreements.
Kramer is a frequent author and co-author of articles on securities law matters. Kramer joined the firm in 2008 as an associate.
