Investors though, are not so keen though it seems with the report saying that they withdrawing cash from long/short equity funds “at a rapid pace—and have been for the last 12 months at least”.
The research shows that 26 per cent of the world’s hedge funds are long/short funds with multi-strategy the next most popular with an 18 per cent share.
