Man Group, the global alternative investment management firm and the world’s largest listed hedge fund firm, has appointed Emma Holden as Chief People Officer, and member of the Executive Committee and reporting to CEO Robyn Grew.
Holden, who will join Man Group at the beginning of December, is currently Chief People Officer at Schroders plc, where she has been employed for nearly 17 years following stints at Corus Group plc and PwC.
In addition to overseeing the People team at Schroders, Holden served as a member of the Group Strategy Committee and Group Management Committee and oversaw Schroders’ Governance function, supporting the plc board.
