Man Group, the British hedge fund major and the world’s largest listed hedge fund manager, has appointed Bernd Kerner as Investment Director for its European private debt team at Man Global Private Markets, according to a report by Reuters.
Based in London and reporting directly to Jon Rickert, Head of European Private Debt, Kerner will be responsible for sourcing, executing and managing European real estate loans.
Kerner joins from JPMorgan, where he held the role of Executive Director in the corporate investment bank’s risk, treasury, and securities services risk management teams.
