Ironshield Capital Management (Ironshield), a European event-driven corporate credit specialist, delivered positive performance of 30 per cent in 2021.
The firm’s AUM stood at USD308 million as at 31 December 2021, across its three funds: L1 Special Situations, L2 Special Situations and Ironshield Credit Fund – UCITS.

BlockFills, a digital asset trading and financial technology company, has closed a USD37 million Series A funding round led by institutional investors, including Susquehanna Private Equity Investments, CME Ventures, Simplex Ventures, C6E, Nexo Inc, and several other institutional investors and funds.
This is the second multimillion-dollar funding round since the company’s founding in 2018. BlockFills has raised a total of USD44 million to date from institutional investors.

Graubündner Kantonalbank (GKB) agreed to acquire a stake of around 30 percent in the independent investment manager Twelve Capital Holding AG (Twelve Capital), which specialises in investments in the insurance sector and is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland.
Subject to the approval of the competent authorities, the transaction is expected to close in Q2 2022.
A representative of GKB will serve as a member of the Board of Directors of Twelve Capital.
