The SYZ & CO group has launched a retail class for OYSTER European Selection, the fund of its Luxembourg Sicav OYSTER. Order book turnover on Xetra, the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Tradegate stood at EUR96.1 billion in May 2014, down from EUR109.2 billion in May 2013. Of the EUR96.1 billion, EUR88.4 billion were attributable to Xetra (May 2013: EUR99.5 billion).   EUR3.9 billion were attributable to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (May 2013: EUR5.4 billion).   Order book turnover on Tradegate Exchange totalled approximately EUR3.8 billion in May (May 2013: EUR4.3 billion).   In equities, turnover reached EUR84.2 billion on Deutsche Börse’s cash markets (Xetra: EUR78.9 billion, Frankfurt Stock Exchange: EUR1.8 billion, Tradegate Exchange: EUR3.5 billion). May 2014 average daily volume (ADV) and total monthly volume in futures on the CBOE Volatility Index (VIX Index) and total exchange-wide at CFE have fallen since May last year. The Morningstar MSCI Composite AW Hedge Fund Index, an asset-weighted composite of nearly 1,000 hedge funds in the Morningstar Hedge Fund database, increased 0.1 per cent in April.
