Orangefield Group is to acquire USA2Europe, a corporate service provider providing Global Outsourcing services to North American Technology companies.

With this acquisition Orangefield has increased its global presence, including USA2Europe’s representatives, with 24 additional countries – reaching a total of 45 countries where client support is offered.

USA2Europe was founded in 2004 and currently supports more than 250 legal entities in 40 countries worldwide. The acquisition is to be effective on July 1st 2015.

Andy Hooper – CEO of USA2Europe, says: “My team and I are delighted to become part of Orangefield Group; we feel we are joining a like-minded organisation, with the same spirit of partnership when it comes to clients and maintaining service levels. More importantly we will benefit greatly from Orangefield’s strong foundation of technology and expertise, which will enable our international expansion services to move on to the next level of development in terms of reach – whilst maintaining our quality.”

Joep Bruins, CEO of Orangefield Group, says: “USA2Europe is an excellent match for us. They are efficient, experienced, and client-oriented. What’s more, they add strength to our global presence by having very capable representatives in a number of countries where Orangefield was looking to gain a foothold.”

USA2Europe will continue to operate under the existing management team but as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orangefield. Their global headquarters are in London, so in time they will merge with Orangefield’s existing operations in the UK. The goal of the merger is to form one international team of offices and representatives offering consistent, timely, and cost-effective global corporate support to clients.
