Ortec Finance, a provider of investment decision technology and solutions, has appointed Deon Dreyer (pictured), as UK Managing Director, taking over from Lucas Vermeulen who is moving back to the Netherlands.

Dreyer joins Ortec Finance from Insight Investment, where he had held the role of Client Director. Prior to this, Dreyer held key investment consulting roles at Quantum Advisory, PwC and Aon Hewitt and has worked in the pensions industry since 1996.
