Iris Weidinger, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the Management Board of European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) for personal reasons. Weidinger has resigned from all positions at EEX Group effective 30 June 2020. Weidinger has been with EEX since the foundation of the company. In 2000 she started at the predecessor exchange LPX. In 2008, she was appointed to the Management Board of EEX. As  Chief Financial Officer, she was responsible for finance and personnel of the EEX Group.
