Quantitative hedge fund Qube Research & Technologies has continued its recent hiring spree with the appointment of Francois Jeulin, Citadel Securities’ Hong Kong-based Global Head of Arbitrage, according to a report by eFinancial Careers.
It is not yet clear what position Jeulin — who is currently in a non-compete period that could last up to two years following his departure from Citadel last month — will hold at Qube.
Jeulin spent over eight years at Citadel Securities, having joined the market-making firm in December 2015 from Merrill Lynch, where he served as Head of delta one trading for Asia, according to his LinkedIn Profile.
Prior to that, Jeulin held several Managing Director roles at Société Générale, including Head of Electronic Trading for the Americas.
