Joshua Crabb will become Head of Asia-Pacific Equities at Robeco, taking over responsibilities from Arnout van Rijn as of 1 July 2022.
Van Rijn has decided to relocate back to the Netherlands after 14 years in Hong Kong, and will strengthen Robeco’s Sustainable Multi Asset team as of 1 September 2022.
Crabb, who moved to Hong Kong in 2001 has worked closely with van Rijn over the past three years when he joined Robeco. He will succeed him as fund manager of Robeco Asia Pacific Equities and will be joined by Harfun Ven. Ven has been with Robeco since 2008. In addition, Crabb will take over responsibilities as manager of the Asia Pacific equities team.
In his new role, van Rijn will build out Robeco’s Sustainable Multi Asset capability.
