Two Sigma has relocated its London office to Devonshire Square, placing the firm in close proximity to rival Jane Street as it expands its footprint in the UK capital, according to eFinancial Careers.
Filings with Companies House show the quant manager has moved to the fifth floor of 7 Devonshire Square, near Liverpool Street, where it occupies the entire floor. The firm is also expected to take space on the sixth floor following refurbishment works.
The move brings Two Sigma onto the same estate as Jane Street, which occupies 212 Devonshire Square. However, the arrangement may prove temporary, with reports suggesting Jane Street is exploring options to expand its London office elsewhere.
Two Sigma’s new premises are understood to offer a larger footprint than its previous base at City Tower on Basinghall Street, where it occupied three floors.
The increased capacity is expected to support up to 200 staff. Companies House accounts show the firm employed 107 people in the UK in 2024, the majority of whom are engineers, while its website indicates its London headcount remains above 100.
The relocation follows a period of strong performance for Two Sigma, which delivered its best returns of the decade in 2025, despite ongoing scrutiny around internal disputes between co-founders John Overdeck and David Siegel.
