SS&C Technologies Holdings’ SS&C GlobeOp Forward Redemption Indicator, a measure of the forward redemption notices received from investors in hedge funds administered on the SS&C GlobeOp platform, measured 3.49% in November, up from from 2.29% in October.
Bill Stone,Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, SS&C Technologies, said the increases was “primarily due to seasonal factors but consistent with the five-year average of 3.53% for this period”.
“Hedge fund asset retention appears to be stable, despite volatility in equity and fixed income markets, moderating Fed interest rate policies, and geopolitical uncertainty,” he added.
The next publication date for the indicator is 21 December, 2023.
