SummitTX Capital more than doubles NYC office space

Related Topics

Hedge fund SummitTX Capital, managing over $3bn in assets, has signed an 11-year lease for the entire 19th floor of 560 Lexington Avenue in New York City, which comprises 17,778 sq ft, a big increase from it’s current 7,000 sq ft at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, according to a report by Commercial Observer.

The additional space is needed to accommodate the firm’s growing investment and operations teams.

Brian Peller, SummitTX managing director and COO, said the move reflects the firm’s long-term commitment to New York and provides the infrastructure to attract top talent while enhancing collaboration.

560 Lexington Avenue, a 22-storey office tower east of Rockefeller Center, also houses co-working firm Industrious, HL Electricians, and Starbucks.
