TMF Group has appointed Michael Adams as global Head of Structured Finance.
Adams has worked for TMF Group for three years and was most recently Regional Managing Director for the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Prior to TMF Group, Adams was Managing Director and Business Manager for BNY Mellon’s Corporate Trust EMEA Structured Finance business, responsible for the business development, strategy and growth of ABS, MBS, CMBS, Covered Bonds, Project Finance and the Carbon businesses for the EMEA region. Before joining BNY Mellon, Adams held a variety of roles with Barclays Capital and Grant Thornton.
In addition, TMF Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dennis Stone as a Director within the Structured Financial Services Group. Stone joins from BNY Mellon where he spent eight years in multiple roles supporting the wider Global Structured Finance products with a special focus on the loan markets in general. He started his career with RBS in 1994 and built extensive experience in client services, project and product management and sales and business development, in addition to spending three years as a CDO controller for a global hedge fund.
Structured Financial Services is one of the core service lines within TMF Group and has emerged over the last few years as a critical financing technique for banks and investment managers in the financial markets around the world. TMF Group is one of the largest and most experienced administrators of structured finance entities worldwide, providing services to more than 2,000 special purpose vehicles (SPVs) across all leading onshore and offshore jurisdictions.
TMF Group currently administers around 200 Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLO) and Collateralised Debt Obligations (CDO) structures – one of the largest global portfolios of this kind.
