Cyril Delamare has stepped down from his role of Chief Growth Officer at Waystone Group, a provider of institutional governance, risk and compliance services to the asset management industry, and has been appointed as an advisor to the group.
Delamare remains as Non-Executive Director of the MontLake UCITS Platform, which he launched in 2010 after founding Montlake in 2009. He led Montlake through its merger with DMS Group and MDO to create what is now Waystone Group.
In his new capacity as an advisor to the business, Delamare will continue to support the company and will still oversee the MontLake UCITS platform.
With Waystone currently in the process of acquiring Link Fund Solutions, Global Chief Revenue Officer, Des Johnson who has 25 years of global fund industry experience, will now lead the group’s commercial team.
