The year’s top earner was Ken Griffin CEO of Citadel at USD2.5 billion, followed Chris Hohn the founder of UK-based TCI Fund Management with USD2.1 billion, while newcomer Karthik Sarma – managing partner of SRS Investment Management – took third spot with USD2 billion, ahead of several big-name managers including Israel Englander, CEO of Millennium Management (USD1.9 billion) and Steve Cohen, CEO of Point72 (1.1 billion).
