Cleavemoor, a consumer sector investment advisor, has launched Cleavemoor 10, a new open ended hybrid vehicle employing the firm’s proprietary Agile Horizon Strategy, which combines a consumer sector long/short public equities portfolio with longer-term consumer private equity investments.
Cleavemoor 10, which is structured as a segregated portfolio within a segregated portfolio company (SPC), registered in the Cayman Islands, is limited to professional investors and offers two share classes – Class A, giving exposure to both the long/short equities portfolio and the private equity investments, and Class B, which gives exposure only to the long/short equities portfolio.
There is a five-year lock up of funds with the Class A shares, with bi-annual redemption options, while Class B shares are lock up-free and redemptions are available with 90 days’ notice. The minimum capital commitment from investors is £100,000.
