Active asset manager J O Hambro Capital Management (JOHCM) has appointed Frederic Lejeune as managing director and country head Frabelux, the opening of a new office in Paris and the creation of a new corporate entity in France to serve clients across the region.
Lejeune will be responsible for sales in France, Belgium and Luxembourg for JOHCM, reporting to Head of Distribution EUKA, TJ Voskamp.
Most recently, he was president and managing director for Robeco France.

Transaction Network Services (TNS) has enabled existing and new customers to seamlessly move trading operations from Basildon, England to Bergamo, Italy and directly access the Euronext exchange matching engine, with operations now live in IT3.

White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd (White Mountains) has signed a definitive agreement to sell NSM Insurance Group (NSM) to investment funds affiliated with global investment firm Carlyle.
The transaction values NSM at $1.775 billion.
White Mountains expects the transaction will result in a gain of approximately $280 to its adjusted book value per share and will increase undeployed capital from c$0.4 billion to c$1.7 billion.
