Held joins Hazeltree with more than 30 years of experience in finance for several high-growth companies, from early-stage startups to established businesses across the fintech, technology, SaaS, and financial services industries.

Carmignac has strengthened its alternative investment team with the appointment of Karna Sethia as a quantitative analyst. Sethia joins Carmignac from ExodusPoint where he was a data scientist responsible for designing, engineering and building quantitative analysis tools.
Prior to ExodusPoint, Sethia worked at Morgan Stanley in London as a data engineer, leading specialist products for the firm’s alternative-data research team. He has a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management from Imperial College London.
