RWC Partners has expanded its global equities team with the appointment of two new analysts. Reporting to Louise Keeling, head of global equities, Benjamin Hall and Nathaniel Clark have joined the USD2.2 billion Global Horizon strategy which is focused on investing in a portfolio of global companies trading at a discount to their intrinsic value. Hall joins the team from Mondrian Investment Partners where he spent seven years working as an equity analyst and portfolio manager on the Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund. Income manager Blake Hutchins is joining Troy Asset management’s (Troy) UK Equity Income team in October.   At Troy, Hutchins will work alongside Francis Brooke and Hugo Ure on the Trojan Income Fund, Troy Income & Growth Trust, Trojan Ethical Income Fund and various other mandates. On his arrival Blake Hutchins and Hugo Ure will become co-managers of the Trojan Income Fund, alongside Francis Brooke.   Hutchins joins Troy from Investec Asset Management where he was the lead manager responsible for the Investec UK Equity Income Fund, launched in 2015 and co-manager of the Investec Global Quality Equity Income Fund. US Commodity Futures Trading Commission Chairman Heath P Tarbert has announced the following appointments to the CFTC’s executive leadership team. Summer K Mersinger will serve as Director of the Office of Legislative and Intergovernmental Affairs, while Suyash G Paliwal will serve as Director of the Office of International Affairs.
